i have joined the yoga course today.It goes to three months ,and three days in a week.i feel good while doing the ashanas.10 house wives are in my batch.they too practicing good.our guru is male tutor.I (we) feel more comfortable when we have a female tutor for us.I feel stretches in many parts of my body .Interesting exercise too,i did pranayama.

I thought he should teach the beginners separately and give lectures about the ashanas ,values and its uses/benefits.And its better to advice opt dress for the yoga.In salwars i feel discomfort.And he should add/start our diet progs from the firstday itself.

Luckily i have to reduce only six KGs.For my height and age i should be in and around 65 kg.only, now i am 71kg.I think i will follow the diet with my husband i can reduce my weight with in two months(he is also in a weight loss program).

my experience and thoughts will continue.
